Lanyards
For safety and security reasons, please ensure that your lanyard is visible at all times. When you leave the venue, please leave your lanyard and name tag behind.
Evacuation
In the event of an evacuation, please proceed to your nearest exit and you will be guided by stewards to the nearest assembly point.
First Aid
Our on call first aiders can be contacted via the registration desk or Liverpool Hope University reception point. Ask someone to call 999 immediately in case of an emergency.

Privacy
We kindly ask that attendees do not take photographs on the day. There will be an official photographer. If you do not want your photograph taken, please see a member of staff.
Accessibility
If you require any support throughout the day, please contact a steward and they will do their best to help.
Please be ready to give up a front-row seat to someone who might need it more, for instance for those who use a walking aid, or are hard of hearing, or partially sighted.
The venue is fully accessible.
