Vacancies at Churches Together in England

January 8, 2019 By Web Editor

CTE logoChurches Together in England (CTE) is looking for an experienced full-time Evangelism & Mission Co-ordinator and a half-time experienced Communications & Media Officer (1 year fixed term contract).

The posts arise due to the retirement in the summer of 2019 of the current post holder of a combined evangelism and media role. They will allow CTE to further develop two of its strategic priorities — enabling the member churches to collaborate in evangelism and mission, and to strengthen its public voice.

Evangelism & Mission Co-ordinator

  • Full time/Flexible over 5/6 days per week incl. weekends/evenings, travel etc.
  • Home based, accessible to London
  • £42–46k, depending upon experience

The ideal candidate will be skilled at brokering and developing relationships within and beyond CTE, have wide ecumenical experience, take responsibility for evangelism and mission co-ordination and share in the responsibilities of the staff team.
An application pack can be downloaded.

Half time/Flexible over 5/6 days per week incl. weekends/evenings, travel etc.

The ideal candidate for this exciting new post will be able to maintain the CTE website and social media activity, have knowledge of the Christian denominational communications landscape, develop CTE publications and produce monthly mailings.
An application pack can be downloaded.
