Baptist Union Environment Network
God Saw That It Was Good is a physical or digital photo resource that can be used as part of a service, event, or small group. Launched at the Baptist Assembly in 2022, it features four images linked to environmental themes – coasts, sky, life, and trees. Each of the images is accompanied by an audio reflection shaped around the themes of wonder of creation and creator, the playful creativity of God seen in the astounding diversity of creation and the interconnectedness of creation and Holy Spirit drawing all things towards the love of the creator.

CAFOD
CAFOD has Season of Creation resources including marking the World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation on 1 September, care of creation prayers, creationtide intercessions and joyful mysteries of the rosary for the care of creation.
Catholic Church in Ireland
Resources are provided by the Laudato Si’ Working Group, with the same theme as the international Season of Creation group (see below) of ‘Listen to the Voice of Creation’.
Materials include: Sunday liturgy notes; a weekday prayer service; Season of Creation brochure (also available in Irish); a tree planting resource; Creation walk stations; an Earth Day prayer service; a video reflection; and a Brother River meditation.

Creation speaks of God’s glory – Dr Cherryl Hunt, Honorary Senior Research Fellow, Department of Theology and Religion, University of Exeter and Tutor on the South West Ministry Training Course.
A series of videos showing Net Zero Carbon and Environmental case studies is also available.
Eco-Congregation Scotland
Eco-Congregation Scotland has produced its own original resources, created by staff members and contributions from those in, or just concluding, training for Christian leadership.
Thematic material is available for use at any time, as well as resources for the five weeks that follow the Revised Common Lectionary.
There are also recommended music choices suggested via Trinity College, in which Eco-Congregation Board member Iain McLarty is fully involved.

Environmental Issues Network (CTBI)
While we are using the Season of Creation to focus our prayers and reflections on caring for creation, it may be that we feel prompted to take action in support of the natural world and those communities which are most affected by the injustice of climate change. The Environmental Issues Network, which exists under the umbrella of CTBI, has produced some suggestions of actions churches and individuals can take, both during and after the Season of Creation.

Joint Public Issues Team (JPIT)
JPIT has produced resources under the theme ‘Just Desserts’ designed to help you hold a special service for Harvest or to celebrate the Season of Creation.
Resources include prayers, video clips, discussion questions and additional information.
There is also a special episode of the Politics in the Pulpit podcast for the Season of Creation with Revd David Coleman and Dr Ruth Valerio.

Season of Creation
Season of Creation resources are supported by an ecumenical steering committee and a coalition of partners from around the world, including A Rocha International, ACT Alliance, Anglican Communion Environmental Network, Christian Aid, European Christian Environmental Network, Laudato Si’ Movement and the World Council of Churches (WCC).
This year’s theme is ‘Listen to the Voice of Creation’ and a celebration guide is available to download from the Season of Creation website.
