This guide, produced and coordinated by the Migrants’ Rights Network, is for all migrants in the UK to help them understand their rights and how to assert them. The guide will be particularly useful for people without documents and those trying to regularise their immigration status, including people seeking asylum.
‘We have aimed to make the guide comprehensive and easy to use, including for people where English is a second language. We will also be publishing translations in due course. This is an active guide and will be updated as immigration rules change’, says the Migrants’ Rights Network.
