HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh

Churches Together in Britain and Ireland expresses its sorrow on the passing the Duke of Edinburgh, His Royal Highness Prince Philip. We give thanks to God for his life, his dedication to duty and family and all his public service, not least his pioneering work with young people through the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme. We also note with appreciation the encouragement to the churches and people of all faiths to work together for the common good.

We pray for Her Majesty the Queen and all her family at this sad time.
