The Moderator of the Church of Scotland is asking Scots to join him in helping feed Syrian refugee families this Christmas through the A Place at the Table campaign.
‘Syrian families who have been forced to flee their homes because of armed conflict need all the support we can give them’, said Rt Rev Dr Angus Morrison. ‘And this is something just about every one of us can do to help.’
The idea behind A Place at the Table is to set an empty place at your dinner table or work celebration and donate the money which would have been spent on the meal.
For more details about A Place at the Table see the Church of Scotland website.
