Resources can now be downloaded for Education Sunday 2016, a national day of prayer and celebration for everyone in the world of education. The theme for 2016 is ‘All are Welcome’.
This year the date has moved to coincide with the start of the school year and will be held on Sunday 11 September. In future years it will also be the second Sunday in September.
Material available includes prayers and national prayer points, Lectionary readings, hymns and songs, a collective worship resource for KS1 & 2, and a briefing on education in 2016.
