Saturday 10 June 2023, 10am-4pm.
Gateway Church, central Leeds.
Anyone involved in the anti-poverty movement is invited to join a discussion-focused conference which will be led by the real experts – people with lived experience of poverty.
The conference will be coordinated by Church Action on Poverty, APLE and The Joint Public Issues Team (JPIT).
On the day, there will be panel discussions, workshops and opportunities to network. It is intended as a space to build new relationships, allow existing relationships to flourish and create plans to take action against poverty.
Church members and activists are invited to come and explore what it looks like to build change within our churches and communities that promotes dignity.
