Advocacy and Engagement.
29 April 2024, 2-4pm via Zoom.
This meeting will explore the themes of ‘advocacy’ and ‘engagement’, and we will focus on community sponsorship, asylum seekers and Christian conversions, Refugee Week, and a possible multifaith response which challenges the harmful narratives around refugees, among other issues.
Join us as we discuss how the churches, parachurch organisations and Christians in Britain and Ireland can better engage with all of the above, which impact some of the most vulnerable and marginalised individuals on these shores
