Stumbling blocks and springboards: Working Together for Forgiveness and Reconciliation.
A Virtual Event hosted on Zoom.
This ecumenical event will bring together theologians, church leaders and members from different countries and contexts. This replaces an Anglican-Lutheran Society conference that was to take place in Rome in October 2020.
Instead, this virtual conference will explore the achievements and outstanding issues on the road to unity, featuring in particular the bi-lateral relationships between the Roman Catholic Church and the Anglican and Lutheran Churches.
Two part conference
The first session will be delivered as pre-recorded videos and will include presentations about the progress made and some of the remaining challenges in dialogues between Roman Catholics and Anglicans and between Roman Catholics and Lutherans. The videos will be available on YouTube and can be watched from 1 May 2021 by accessing a link from the conference web page.
The second session will be screened live on Zoom at 14:00GMT/UTC on 21 May 2021 and those wishing to view it and participate must register by 30 April 2021.

To register please email. You will then receive a link by email, allowing you to join the live session on 21 May 2021.
