The Next Steps for Churches Together in Pilgrimage explains the ecumenical vision of the Inter-Church process, of which the Swanwick Declaration was a part, and the proposals for setting up the ecumenical instruments (organisations) in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, and the Council of Churches for Britain and Ireland (now Churches Together in Britain and Ireland).

Views from the Pews is an analysis of the questionnaires and group reports from individuals and groups who took part in the Lent ’86 element of the Inter-Church Process.
Who on Earth are you? provides five session topics chosen in response to the needs expressed by those who took part in the Lent ’86 Inter-Church Process. They focus on how people can relate their daily life to their faith in God, and how this affects the way they relate to other people.
