With the situation in Ukraine dominating the headlines it is easy to forget what is happening elsewhere. With the easing of the pandemic and the reopening of Israel’s borders, EAPPI has updated its Eye Witness Stories website with an account of the challenging situation in the small Palestinian village of Zanuta on the West Bank.
As well as accounts from Ecumenical Accompaniers in Palestine and Israel, the Eye Witness Stories website also provides a description of what life’s like in the region, a historical overview, together with a look at the main issues facing the area, such as housing, water, economy, and violence; plus an overview of what Ecumenical Accompaniers do.
