Episode 1: Impact of COVID-19 on BAME communities
First recorded on 26 May 2020, the Standing Together coalition explored how the COVID-19 crisis is affecting Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities in Britain. It featured the Ascension Trust’s Les Isaac OBE; General Practitioner and Ascension Trust Chair, Dr Chinyere (Chi-Chi) Ekhator; and Dr Joan Myers OBE, Board Member of the Royal College of Nurses and Director of the Florence Nightingale Foundation.
