This year, the Student Christian Movement (SCM) is partnering with Student Action for Refugees (STAR) on an Equal Access campaign to change the law so that access to education for asylum seekers is the same as for UK students, with loans and grants available to them.
They are also encouraging people to get involved in lobbying for refugee rights using the National Justice and Peace Network (NJPN) template letter to MPs and to consider registering to host a refugee with Positive Action in Housing.
